WPO countries whose citizens can already get a visa (including a tourist one) and enter Russia: Austria, England, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Kenya, Kosovo, Macedonia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Slovenia, USA, Wales, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Scotland


The WPO countries that still CANNOT get a visa and enter to Russia:

Australia, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.


Hotel check-in rules:

To be accommodated in the hotel, you must have a negative PCR test for COVID, which make no earlier than 72 hours before arrival.


Your international passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay.

Tour to Moscow

You can make an unforgettable trip to the capital of Russia - Moscow.


During the one-day excursion you can see all the main attractions - Red Square, the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Old Arbat, the Bolshoi Theater, the Boulevard Ring and many others. You can also visit the Moscow metro, which is a unique monument of history and culture.


Departure at 23.00 by night train from St. Petersburg. Arrival at 8.00 to Moscow. Tour of Moscow (according to a separate program). Transfer by high-speed train "Sapsan" to St. Petersburg (20.50 - 0.31).

A detailed excursion program to Moscow will be published on April 1, 2022.

This tour is not included in the official program and requires additional payment.

Estimated cost per person (with group tour) - 200 €

During registration, you can apply and select a tour date - August 8th or August 16th.

You can also indicate your own date, and we will organize a tour specifically for you. However, in this case, the cost of the tour may change.


Competitors, coaches, judges, board members, officials and guests are required to insure themselves against personal accident, personal liability, sickness, and loss of baggage for the duration leaving home until returning home. Tractors also need to have liability insurance.

International Health insurance may be requested at border controls.

Each plowman must present International Health Insurance for admission to the competition.

Driver's license

Russia is a party to the Vienna Convention. The countries party to the convention recognize each other's national driver’s licenses without having to obtain international licenses.

All citizens of countries that have not signed the convention, in addition to their own national license, must have international license.

PLEASE NOTE: This law does not apply to driving a tractor or other special equipment.

In order to be eligible to participate in the competition, you must have a valid national license to operate the tractor and its translation into Russian, certified by a notary public of Russia.

Notarization can be obtained at almost every Russian consulate.

You can also do this upon arrival in Russia, however you should know that this will require additional time. All costs associated with translation and notarization are your own.

In Russia, we drive on the right side of the road.


Russia`s unit of currency is the Ruble. To obtain Rubles you can use bank ATM/cash card. You can pay with Visa and Master Cards in all shops but some smaller shops and supermarkets might not accept international credit cards.

Ruble banknotes are issued in 5,000, 2,000, 1,000, 500, 200, 100, 10 notes.

Denominations of Ruble coins are 5, 2, 1, 50, 10 kop, 5 kop. and 1 kop.

Every city in Russia has ATMs and exchange offices. Furthermore foreign currency can be exchanged at banks, which are generally open from 09.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday.


Electrical supply 220/240 Volts. The Primary Socket Type is "Type C" Europlug and "Type F".


The law prohibits the use of alcohol in public places (except restaurants, bars and pubs) in Russia. Smoking is not allowed in bars, restaurants, trains, hotels, train stations, airports.
